Does anyone know why this is happening or if you have any tricks i can use to make it recognize it?The cartridge is brand new. So its full of ink.
The printer is a Dell photo 926.
I keep putting it in and its just not taking it.

I have 2 full color and black cartridges to a busted printer..why waste?
Don’t refill your ink cartridges, the printer can not recognize the ink levels.
If you want to save time and money, you can use new compatible or remanufactured ink cartridges. They are cheap and reliable.

no . micro chip on the cartridge not let you change and work. the cartridge it’s not the same . after change you must reinstall the driver and your printer work bad. so that , i think it’s not a good idea. good luck !

i have an epson and the som of bish printer wont work unless you have ALL the inks in there color and black….what a crock!
